Why BGMI's 16-Character Limit Isn't Actually 16 Characters

Most lists treat the 16-character limit as “however many letters you can visually count.” BGMI's backend actually counts UTF-16 code units, not glyphs. Stylized fonts like Bold Fraktur (𝕭𝖑𝖆𝖈𝖐) and Double Struck (𝔻𝕣𝔸) live in the Mathematical Alphanumeric Symbols block (U+1D400–U+1D7FF), which sits outside the Basic Multilingual Plane.
